Shareholders have been know to bring Class Action suits against companies and/or their officers. I don't care for 'em cause they are whiners and poor looses. They are also the ones who don't want to consider any negative issues when brought to their attention. Of course, we do not have anyone like that here on this thread. I believe Herb has written several good dissertations on this over the years.

Besides, you will have a hard time proving you were talking to Joe on a Chat line. You will have a better chance proving your case working off past press releases from BAT or whether all that unregistered stock "Shoot from the Hip" Joe has been selling had a full and truthful prospectus. My bet, it didn't.

I suggest we let the SEC do its job and then take a look at the situation. Getting Joe out the way is enough for me. If he was wrongfully selling, he could be fined up to three times the amount. This would probably make him release his hold on the company and allow BAT to get its management into better hands.

Out of curiosity, what did you see or hear on BAAT that made you want to buy?
