Keep in mind what a preponderance of evidence means. It is not the overwhelming standard normally used. This was a civil trial where it takes only five New Yorkers to agree they hate Trump. Not a high standard. And that’s clearly what happened. They couldn’t get agreement on a rape charge and finally s9meone said, “Make it sexual touching and I’ll go with it.” There was never evidence of either presented.
