They appear to be somewhat line Valueline where the near term momentum of the stock modifies the rating. If you want to use VectorVest, disregard the timing and concentrate on the relative value number they give. They appear to be using discounted cash flow analysis for that and it may be helpful as a first cut to look for companies that have a high relative value. MRVC was a Sell at VectorVest when it was trading below $22 in January. Just my 2 cents. ---- Dave
