Either you (manually) or SI (programmatically) unfortunately need to recognize and splice that off. In sum, you are not doing anything wrong! - Jeff

Dear Rarebird, In Chrome mobile browser: Tap the three dots on the top right Tap 'Settings' Tap 'Privacy and Security' Tap 'Delete browsing data' Uncheck everything except 'Cached images and files' Check 'Cached images and files' if unchecked Tap 'Delete data' Navigate to SI and try your old way of embedding an X post. It should now work without having to remove URI parameters. Regards, @Dima
