After watching the Penny trial, I wouldn't place a bet larger than 5$ on that.

Masters, not a PhD. There's no evidence he was denied a claim. He has a back ache, like about 60% of America. It's not even clear he has United Healthcare. He might be still on his parent's cadillac plan. Either way they are filthy rich and can afford any medical care they need.
