Marty, thanks for the information. Much is now clearer. Is it fair to say, then, that the Company sees Socrates as its integrated retail manufacturing arm and Technet as its integrated value-added services arm? If this is the case, I would presume that the branding and culture issues would reside within these two companies rather than within MVSI. Your point about Socrates' organic growth is well made; the influx of senior sales staff is a nice cheap way of boosting earnings. Do you believe that the new BD guy from Bechtel, Craig Harrison, is responsible for this (ie MVSI corporate) or is this a natural extension of Socrates' own BD plans? I would value your analysis on this.
