Bob, You are correct to avoid drawing any hard and fast conclusions from the insider selling. As they say...insiders sell for many reasons, but they buy for only one. Personally I view the selling as a somewhat bearish indicator, due to the number of insiders, and the fact that the Waitt family have been steady sellers over the past year, at levels beyond what you would expect normally. I also think it pretty conclusively says that no mergers or buyouts are in the wind. I place far more weight on the fundamentals, and while the latest quarter looked quite good, there is some room for skepticism. It will take more than one good quarter in a row to tell the tale. The writeoffs in the previous quarter certainly helped set the stage for a good performance to follow. They have their work cut out for them in the enterprise market, and the country store concept has yet to be proven. And as I indicated, Dells remarkable performance overall, and particularly in the consumer market may not bode well for GTW. Regards, Dave
