Thanks, Marc. I have a tendency to forget the vesting procedure. I still don't understand how the "diluted" number is calculated, although I don't think it has a lot of significance, and won't ever, under normal circumstances. I wish I understood it better, because I think there could be a way to see if a company is getting "ahead of itself". (not saying this is the case with ASND). thanks again, pete
