Not aliens. But I'm not ready to rule out attacking aliens just yet.

If feels more like CIA to me but it seems like Biden would just make a statement, "We know who this is and it is an intelligence agency conducting authorized research." Or whatever.

The failure to speak out on this has left some thinking there could be a missing nuke they're looking for. That count spin out of control quickly.

It seems clear to me that these "drones" -- whatever they are -- are meant to be seen by the general population below. Could be a stunt, could be an experiment. I don't think it's aliens.
