I think you're right about the low relative institutional holdings in Alpha being directly related to the undervalued state of AHA's stock price. It is also a function of relatively few analysts covering the stock. The situation is likely to reverse when more analysts pick up on this story (Oppenheimer came out with a strong buy a few weeks ago - see my post on the AHA thread).

Also look at recent 13G filings which show ownership greater than 5%. I believe there has been 3 such filings in the past month, which suggests the institutions are beginning to buy.
