I'd love to see a fact check on this claim, like whether Amazon is counting maximum generation capacity toward their goal instead of what they SHOULD be counting, which is typical generation capacity over 12 months.

Because this claim just sounds like typical ESG talk. Nothing but virtue-signaling in order to satisfy the ESG investors.

And ESG is already falling out of favor in the investment community.

Hence the renewed interest by Google and Microsoft in nuclear energy, because their massive AI datacenters need to run on gigawatts of electricity, not ESG fluff.
