Raymond,
Why do you believe that Redwood would sell all or part of their 30%
share. As we have stated, they have already paid Montello 1.5 million for their 30% share, and there is no reason to believe that they won't come up with the remaining 2.5 million.

You are of the opinion "that this is common insider knowledge".
Do you have some facts to back this up, or is it just a feeling you have?

I agree that Redwood should be trading close to 3 times Montello's price, and I do not know why it is not. To state that Redwood is
planning on selling all or part of their share is very presumptuous.

Regards,
BB

Hello Raymond,

I went through some of Redwoods and Montellos past press releases and found nothing that indicated Redwood would sell their share.
Help me out here, can you provide some facts to back this up?
You stated that Redwood selling their 30% share "is common insider
knowledge".
Again,what proof do you have?

Thanks,
BB
