BTW, this is called “at will” employment, where the employer can fire you for any legal reason (firing because of discrimination against a protected status like race or country of origin is illegal). The law used to be that nonexempt employees paid hourly wages had to be paid for overtime. This ruling makes that law invalid and unenforceable. Trumps judiciary is screwing the little guy, but y’all knew that is the deal. This is the farce.
