Nope. Not a theory of consumer protection fraud. There are federal and state criminal statutes for that behavior.

A suggestion I've made before, and I'll make it again. Why don't you just stick to accounting or whatever it is you claim to be expert at instead of stinking up the board with ignorant nonsense? Or, just wait until Turdley comes out on the issues you think important, and post that shill's nonsense?

EDIT: Forgot -- consumer fraud statutes are usually deemed to cover only "sale of goods" in commerce. I can't see how a newspaper publishing a pollster's result after years of working with her could come close to a "good" as that term is defined in state statutes around the US.
