The purpose of the case is to make clear to the public that this woman clearly committed fraud.
The case, at this point, has been improperly pled and therefore lacks merit. It's anything but "clear" until such pleadings are presented, and even then I think it's meritless and meritricious. Pleadings in a case are the first place "the purpose of the case" is tested. This one fails. My prediction is the federal judge assigned to this case is not going to be amused, and certainly won't find it "clear" or even legal presentable.

You keep holding onto the hope, though. I doubt Turdley will wade in, if that's what you waiting for so you can actually formulate a meaningful response. We found a bottom for Turdley, as you know. He won't touch the idea that members of Congress can be prosecuted or even sued civilly. I doubt he'll touch this one, either. Butt do let us know!

So this is a nuisance case to make a public statement?

Isn't that abuse of the justice system?

Do you care?
