So, the newspaper itself is a "good." If the newspaper is not really a newspaper but warrants itself to be one, implicitly or expressly, then one could sue the publisher saying "Hey, you promised me a newspaper and this one isn't a newspaper." How about the content, since that's what the case is about? Trump hasn't claimed that he was duped into buying a newspaper that wasn't what it purported to be. PS - I think you'll do much better in life from this point forward if you actually can learn to do what you claimed to me to be doing -- focused on big picture, not the minutiae. You spend day and night here, over and over, focused solely on the minutiae of everything that comes up.
