>> Is he saying that whenever you lie during a campaign hoping for votes for yourself or your guy, you've committed actionable fraud?

Not whenever.

But when the lie causes the campaign to waste valuable resources, why not?

The public has a reasonable expectation that pollsters will not misrepresent finds. Which is the reason I've suggested they should be going after her workpapers (or Harris, whoever dreamed up this lie of a poll) in an effort to develop a fraudulent result for the election outcome.

It is interesting she walked away from her career immediately after the numbers came out.

Perhaps it was the fault of someone she hired or associated with. But she had to have known that were fake numbers. IF someone had walked to me and said, "Yeah, in Texas they're going for Camala big-time" I would have instantly called them a liar. Without even counting a vote.

I think she has some burden not to lie about her numbers. Clearly, she felt the weight of that burden when she quit her job the day after.

>> Start with Mexico will pay for the wall or tariffs will replace the income tax.

The fundamental problem with your logic is that you're referring to Trump's words as lies when it was in fact your political team who stood in the way of Trump's accomplishments.

Let's see if Trump is able to circumvent Democrat's sleazy actions. This time around, he isn't showing up with the expectation that playing nice is a good way forward. Let's see where we are when the decapitations are over.
