Tim,
A couple of weeks ago I found a post on this thread that linked to a page that showed the stations and times that BB was broadcast via RealAudio. Search and search and I can't find it. All I can find is the list of stations on BB's web page which doesn't give times of delayed broadcasts. Does anyone have that link?

Thanks,
Slim

You may be right. I don't have any specific knowledge
of his timing model (it was an assumption on my part). If it
is an empirical model having some algebraic form, it
still takes a great understanding to derive the
form (doubtfully linear) and coefficients, and excellent
sources to supply valid (accurate) estimates of the
parameters.

My main point was that neither of these is within the
scope or capability of anyone but professional
analysts or the most sophisticated amateur investors.
