JW@KSC, Don't know, but reflecting on my own situation ( I know, don't internalize) they may, no kidding, owe the tax man. My taxes are being done right now and I have already been given an estimate of what I will owe. Maybe they just needed to sell stock to pay 1997 Income Tax??? Based on the value of the stock when they received it as compensation (income) if they are selling over that price (which they probably are) it would be best to sell early in the year just as it is best to sell losers at the end of the year. Like that scenario a lot more than thinking two of our players are getting cold feet now that we are on the 2 yard line! James posted the info... perhaps he has more details? Tough to get that stuff near-real-time. Do you think one of the sellers was Shant's sister??? Read that she was selling shares as well but don't know if she holds a spot on the management team or not. Could be a director in name only but would have to register as such for any sales. Anyone else have thoughts?? CAP
