Bob, you'd better tell our audience what a qualified (or really an "accredited") investor is. He must have a net worth exceeding $1,000,000 (but you include everything you own including the bathroom and things you did not think were yours like your future SS payments, or insurance policies, or that big diamond ring you gave your wife for the Jubilee <VBG>), or have a gross income of at least $200,000 per year. Now, everyone who is accredited, stay nicely in line, and Dennis is going to pass with the "collection Hat". At the current prices and at a discount of 30% to these current prices, you could do better than in IPMCF <VBG>.

Now, if you do not like this steal, I have my own PP looking for those of you with credit (I presume that is why these investors are "accredited". (VBG).

"Rule 144 stock: As many start up companies do, GPGI has been and is funding operations and expansion via the sale of stock as opposed to incurring debt with high interest rates"

Bob: I probably shouldn't quibble with the messenger, but I would guess that few BB companies would be able to obtain debt financing. The rate of return available on fixed income investments is not enough to offset the risk of lending money to such companies.

To put it another way, I would be thrilled to see that GPGI arranged debt financing from a reputable source. It would mean they were able to convince this source that they will be able to generate the money to pay off the debt.
