It'd be legal malpractice if Q's legal team handling the counter-suit didn't take Son's statements concerning ARM's plans and ambitions in the chip space directly from this Bloomberg interview, then highlight them in contrast with the testimony given on the same subject during the recently-ended trial...because they seem to conflict pretty directly.

Doing so would lay bare ARM's "we say only what we want you to hear" game and provide, IMHO, some pretty powerful ammunition in the "motive" department for their withholding of information.
