Agreed, based on the points listed the circumstances between ASND & CIEN are different. What I think is the same, regardless, is that the technology "fallen angels" seem to go lower still and stagnate longer following a major gap-down. I personally would be in no hurry to jump on shares. That being said I hope that CIEN goes straight up for you (and Gary)! Larry, Your observation is accurate. I am hoping this drop was atypical and overdone. Glenn
