Freedom of religion is 1 and 2. You have the right to not believe in God. 5 7 and 8 are in the Constitution and the others are in the laws of large area's of America today. But America is one nation under god with liberty and justice for all. In the destruction or killing of something the burden of proof is that with 100% certainty a cell is not a human life. That is where the simple binary is defined. There are no shades of grey, only black and white life and death. How does you total freedom prevent relationship of any human with any other human with any restrictions. The right to life is the APEX right. you are lost in word salad.
