I think it's more his style, not substance that irks some people. And some people take him too literally at every opportunity, when he's just exploring to see what kind of response it will evoke. The Denmark visit -- that was initially postponed, not cancelled -- wasn't something of urgent international importance.

He's so focused on what he intends to accomplish that he already has met with foreign leaders, already has his team in place and ready to hit the ground running at 2:00pm on 1/20/25, and has many people remarking that he's already wielding Presidential-like authority while Brandon is fading away into the past, except for such acts as ridiculous commutations of death sentences, along with signing legislation to name the Bald Eagle as the national bird (which most people already believed to be the case and support).

In my opinion, Trump is one of the most skilled and tested negotiators that's ever lived in the White House and he is in the midst of negotiations (even before returning to the White House).

In Panama, for example, they propose to raise canal passage rates permanently. This is not in the best interest of the U.S. so Trump makes a counter offer: How about the U.S. takes back the canal permanently.

This makes heads snap to attention in Panama like nothing else could. Nobody wants that! Instantly they are ready to negotiate with a completely changed point of view. It's a brilliant negotiating response by Trump.

A few tweets from Trump aimed at Trudeau have practically collapsed his anti-Canadian Liberal government.

Thank you President Trump.
