PRTL Peg: I looked at the chart again, and came to the (probably specious) conclusion that the IL might now be at 28; the only confirmation is that that IL hit the high exactly last week (27 3/4, or something like that). If this is the case--and I'm not saying it is--you may have just got in early. Though it's an entirely different ACT I'm using, it's still just around 18 now, so that's your best-case scenario, IMO. On the other hand (and there always is one, isn't there?), PRTL is behaving just as a stock that's going up should: It's had its run, and now it's basing on EXTREMELY LOW VOLUME. This is classic William O'Neil, and maybe a little scary. Best of luck. Ivan
