Ike, Off topic--- Thanks for the kind note and words of encouragement. I'm not doing what any father wouldn't do under the circumstances. Danny and Andy are very time consuming, but they bring the greatest of joys to my life. I learn so much from them and they from me as I try to show them the way through life. I'm from a culture(Samurai John Wayne) where expression of emotions is frowned, but we are all human beings and proper expression of emotions is healthy. I sometimes get teary-eyed when a diaper commercial comes on TV <<gg>>. Thanks also for bringing forward the ideas of Philanthropy to your thread. Always had it in the back of my mind of it's importance, but never thought about any further until discussions on this thread. It's funny how small acts of kindness can bring windows of opportunity. Your instructions and insight on this thread have been invaluable. That has directly lead to this new assignment with OPM. Oops gotta go, just got invaded by the kids.
