To AGORA..........As a former shareholder in JOT, now SYD....I would like to relay some of my thoughts on the recent developments..I would appreciate your response....1) I registered my discontent with SYD offering your Co, stock options as a form of remuneration. I still believe this is a mistake...One comment I believe you made initially, re: the first update was....and I'll paraphrase....you would check with the Co. to make sure no info. released, might be construed as of an inside nature. Indicating to me, that on occasion, if not already you may be privy to info. of this nature....If that is a fact, your ownership of options is all the more inappropriate....I would like to believe that in the interests of fair play and the SYD investors, you would not seek to profit from this type of info., but I have hard time believing that. 2. The example of Egghead's switch to internet marketing for it's products, is not quite as simple as it may appear on the surface.....The fact is Egghead, as was the WIZ for example were examples of mismanagement. I will agree e-commerce is the wave of the future, but as one who has been involved, I can tell you, and statistics will show, that PROFITABILITY from this type of commerce, at present is minimal......Almost all Cos active on the internet, and at the profit stage, have other forms of marketing in place, from which, they continue to receive the majority of their profits...I think SYD is making a mistake if they believe they can compete with the established software giants on the basis of net marketing alone, or as their PRIMARY focus..3) All of this leads me to believe that any $$ deal with any of SYD's strategic partners, may be more distant than we are or have been led to believe......I appreciate your indulgence, and await your response..........Thanx
