Okay, so the limit is not zero. Got it. Elon sets his optimization priorities. What this has to do with DOGE is beyond me, but he's got a strong opinion on scouting H1B talent. Maybe he can use it to spot the opposite of talent to optimize government efficiency. One trouble though is talent for deception comes with the package sometimes. I thought it was a good, thought-provoking post and it wasn't sent to Elon directly in order to provoke him.
