I arrived in the USA with a H1B, so I understand what he is saying. It is open to abuse though. For example, part of the process for getting my Green Card was advertising my job to see who applied for it. It's was just a paper exercise really, it was always possible find a reason to reject a candidate. So the process of importing workers does need a review imo. Sometimes Elon needs to be to be told to GFH, just like everyone else -g- Time to come out of the closet, I have been considering H1B myself. It is a vital approach to integrate highly skilled foreigners who love America with a loyal heart. However, having followed the controversy, I see the very real potential for abuse.
