Really good post Dennis.IBD has lots of good information if one takes his/her time and doesn't get overwhelmed. I've been lurking for several months and appreciate the shared DD of several.I hope to occasionally post something beneficial or at least interesting. This company appears to have what it takes to succeed: KNOWLEDGEABLE MANAGEMENT The current CEO has successfully run the company as a private business for many years.The biggest testimony to Mr. Adam's ability to succeed is the financial community's endorsement via a $20 million line of credit with essentially no collateral - only shares of stock which could be worthless if Firamada doesn't make it.With this type of loan the lender is showing supreme confidence in the borrower! FINANCING Businesses live or die contingent on borrowing money at critical junctures.With the tremendous speed at which employment/staffing companies are merging its beginning to look like an "either get in big or stay out" business sector. The staffing companies that are large and well run will dominate the industry in the years to come by their ability to out advertise the smaller competition. ADVERTISING Advertising will "seperate the men from the boys"in recruiting the more skilled and profitable talent.I see effective advertising as crucial for survival.Buying types of advertising that is narrowly channeled to certain and specific groups cost big money.Firamada's adventure into this arena has some selling their stock with others confused about the company's intentions.Let's let cool heads prevail on this and cut the company some slack.Why pay retail for advertising?I believe the management to have made a potentially shrewd deal.FAMH has stated that they "will provide the production funds for Morton Downey Jr.'s new show".We are not privy to any of the specifics regarding this arrangement but we do know it was arranged by the same persons Adam/Monas that secured the super friendly loan financing.Their good judgement was and is most likely in tact.
