Pugs: Regarding MM status: If you have favorable news concerning imminent resumption of trading I'm sure there are many who would be pleased. I would hope that any such resumption would be a result of RMIL filing truly current financials (not the ones filed in last May). Assuming that we're talking about a resumption of trading as an OTC:BB stock, it is not just my hope, but also my expectation that updated financials will be needed - there seem to be too many obstacles from both the MM firm perspective (compliance and liability concerns) and from the NASD perspective for it to be otherwise (IMO). So, do you have any news concerning the MM's and the resumption of trading that you care to share with the thread?
