The best thing for Canada right now is if Trump knocks us out next month. Trudeau has turned Canada into a nation of “shmoos” — the mystic little animal of the Li'l Abner comic strip that wants to be eaten. I would rather have the USA take us over than China. "The Shmoo didn't have any social significance; it is simply a juicy li'l critter that gives milk and lays eggs... When you look at one as though you'd like to eat it, it dies of sheer ecstasy.
