Do you think this amendment would be acceptable by the majority of people? I emphasized the principle of non-violence in religious practice and safeguarding the rights of all individuals.

Proposed Amendment to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution

Freedom of Religion and Freedom from Religion:

The right to practice and manifest one's religion shall be protected, provided that such practices do not infringe upon the rights and safety of others. This includes the fundamental principle that all individuals are entitled to both the freedom to practice their religion and the freedom from religious coercion.

Prohibition of Violence in the Name of Religion:

The use of violence or the incitement to violence in the name of religion is strictly prohibited. No religious practice shall justify the harm or killing of individuals, whether they are adherents or non-believers.

Consequences for Violent Acts Committed in the Name of Religion:

a. Any religious group or individual found to have engaged in or incited the killing of non-believers will face immediate and severe legal consequences.

b. In the event of such acts, for every individual killed in the name of religion, 1000 individuals from the offending religious group shall be randomly chosen and subject to immediate deportation or banishment, with no pending due process under the law.

c. A financial penalty of 1000% of the individual's taxable income will be levied against any person found directly involved in or supporting acts of violence against non-believers in the name of religion.

Revocation of Special Religious Privileges:

Any religious organization that engages in, condones, or fails to take appropriate action against violent acts committed in the name of religion shall forfeit its tax-exempt status and other privileges granted to religious organizations. This includes the loss of charitable tax exemptions and other benefits afforded under U.S. law.
