From a purely Price performance perspective, over the last 4 years, we've seen NNN move between a Support level "S" of around $40/share to an upper Resistance level "R" of around $50/share.

So, all things being equal, there could be a 20% to 25% rise in its share price ----->

I am also adding to my dividend basket today:

small adds to UPS 5%div now, 16x PE
another add to LAND 5.16% div
(See chart below for Gladstone Land) Price/FFO 21x not cheap but I like their Ag land assets & water rights
