GG, there's a thing called supply and demand. It's called economics. quarterly profit and you don't do that by paying true
worth to those that deserve it.
Having a few India/Chinese
engineers here and there is cool but Musk wants

complete capture of HIB to enhance his profits

Having been an engineer, every employer I had paid true worth to me who deserved it. I knew what the market was and what I could get paid where for what I might or might not want to do. Any employer who wanted to pay less than I would work for lost my efforts or failed to gain them. They couldn't pay less. I was sometimes the foreigner who was hired to do a better job cheaper than the local yokels. It's called a free market.

Musk can easily think these things.

In 1986 I was the employer and objected to paying high prices to BP Research and Development at Sunbury, or even higher prices to Deutsche BP to do R&D. I thought BP could get a lot better work done by educating and hiring swarms of 170 IQ Made in China young females at a BP research centre in China. It was just an idea but still looks like it was a great idea. Female because they were neglected in China while males were given preference, so more talent at a lower price would be available from females. The price would have been about 1/100th of the Euro prices. Win, win, win, win, win, Winn = China women, BP shareholders, BP customers, UK government, China government, me. I moved on before that progressed past thinking. and suggesting.

Musk is highly over rated

Is that envy? You are surely not serious. Or maybe you are over-rating what other people think about Musk. Perhaps you mistakenly think other people think he is reincarnated Zeus. No, we think he is Zeus, reincarnated with Augustus, and a philosophy of Jesus. Not over-rating him to the Big God number one.
