I would add:
Foundation (Science Fiction)
For All Mankind (Alternate space history)
Bad Monkey (Crime comedy based on the book by Carl Hiaasen
and Dark Matter

We go in and out of Apple TV depending on what's on and coming up.
A bunch of new shows are just now peaking Bad Sisters and Silo, and Severance season
two is about to begin. (it was delayed by the writer's strike along with some others)

On Netflix we're about halfway through A Hundred Years of Solitude (based on the book)
its a fairly well-done adaptation, based on the complexity of the book.

I like your list and the SciFi shows that Ron added. Another I've really liked is Pachinko - a look into the life of Koreans and their animosity with the Japanese during and after WWII.

A couple of movies I like were CODA and Greyhound.
