Locogringo, Greenland’s Leader Wants Independence From Denmark As Trump Interest Grows Anders Puck Nielsen, a YouTube commenter from Denmark who knows more about the geopolitics of Greenland than Trump does, is calling B.S. on your fantasies ... Fast-forward to 5:16 where Nielsen talks about Greenland independence. He makes it clear that Greenlanders do NOT want to join the U.S. Instead, they want their OWN country. They want full independence.
