Folks,

I just received notice that one of GRNO's most steadfast supporters and investors recently passed away.

I would like to publicly express my heartfelt condolences to the family of Eric Holand and extend my personal appreciation for the loyalty he has shown over the many years as an original investor in GRNO. Eric was a local resident of Charleston and up until recent months a constant presence of support to GRNO and its employees.

Many of you may recall my speaking of Mr. Holand when I met him during the course of one of my earlier visits to GRNO. The man always professed utter confidence in what Bill Carraway was attempting to achieve with his EnviroEconomics process and I remember him telling me the reason that this company would succeed was due to Bill Carraway's dedication to success. Mr. Holand was a regular visitor to the GRNO plant site, constantly monitoring progress, making his suggestions and watching that "nestegg" until its was able to hatch.

I feel a heavy weight in my heart with the knowledge that he was not able to see this company come to its ultimate fruition.

Myself, my fellow shareholders, the company, and its employees will miss you Eric. May God bless you for your undying support over these many years.

Regards,

Ron
