Jonathan, I think that a very important point that everyone is missing is this: THE MYRIAD ACQUISITION ALONE WILL GIVE A POSITIVE EPS OF .06 CENTS A SHARE, +/- a few cents. Plus, their business model, which as Brad has relayed, to consolidate efforts within their divisions and to reduce costs, while concentrating on higher margin areas, and implementing their IT initiative through their hopefully soon to be acquisition in CA is extremely promising IMO, and the numbers they have for '97 will be exceeded in '98. By the way, I have posted at least a few times in the past about the above points, and was pleasantly surprised to see my hunches verified by Brad's meeting with Ira.

Also, it is at least interesting to see how the current activity, with such low volume, has been sneaking around the upward resistance, and then falling back within the channel. Granted, the spread is a serious factor at times, but I am hoping that Monday's news will lead to a break out of current ranges. Jin.

The reason TGSK is not widely known is,it became listed on 1/18/98, has only one MM, didn't get an IR firm until 2/17/98 and reported earnings for the first time on 2/17/98. Although information on this company is limited you've got to admit the numbers look good.

As for price movements, last week a few of the thread groupies were pumping HHII, a gold mining stock no less. HHII company hasn't ever made a significant announcement, was thinly traded and involved in an industry that has been in a bear market for the past 18 years. But based on an "Old Goldbugs Tip" this stock was going to fly very shortly. Needless to say it flew and has since flopped. On these threads there's a lot of pumping and dumping going on so you've got to do your DD.

The micro cap stocks I own are ITKG at 3/4(see March's Robb Report), TGSK at 7/8 (see 2/17/98 earnings), NURS at 9/32 (upcoming doctors conference), FAMH at .33(waiting for Ira) and CADE at 2 3/4(earnings of $ .11 sales of $ 70M). Good luck with your investments.
