Paul: vectorvest.com While Second Opionion currently rates VLNC as a buy, Vector Vest has it as a sell. Second Opinion appears to look only at technical factors while Vector Vest examines both fundamental and technical factors. However, Vector Vest makes its buy/sell ratings based on short-term technical factors. So, you might wonder, how does one TA site rate the stock as a buy and another rate the stock as a sell? My guess is Vector Vest is looking at shorter-term technical indications while Second Opinion is looking at a somewhat longer-term period.
