Continuing to add to NNN. Somewhat disconcerting -- now that I have a substantial position here -- that all of the net lease reits I see are down near lows too.

Adding now also to LAND.

Bit more STWD. I'm am hoping the distribution, which hasn't changed in eleven years, just continues. That gives me a 10% yield and a shot for a small gain if stock rises a little.

REXF. A little more here as well.
