net leases. Thanks for the link, EKS. Latest price data is October, based on latest report (Nov.). Still, a possible value source.

Whenever I pick a stock in a sector, and others here say, "I have something else here instead", you guys' picks always seem better than mine. Consider your choice and mention of Realty Income (O). I passed over it, and forgot to check when I started with NNN. O much bigger, prides itself on monthly div (which I'm neutral on) and excellent dividend-raising history. Ah well. I commited to NNN and am so much in the sector to where I don't really want to diversify with another new reit here (O). That could be a mistake.

Also, as I said, I observe the reits discussed are down now to or close to 12-mo lows, and there doesn't seem to be anything specifically negative to a particular reit. Maybe tariffs will reduce products coming into the USA, reduce demand for warehousing, negatively reduce profits and stock for warehousing reits (e.g. REXF). At this point I am going to assume the net lease reit sector is just out of favor as happens, and the dividends will be paid and increased, and all these downtrodden reits will move back up with the sector coming back in more favor. Especially if Fed doesn't raise interest rates under the new administration.

Edit: I might have to consider LXP -g-

Curious, shouldn't we be seeing a bump up in yield for SNSXX following treasuries?
