np. I don't have many problems with Right Wing Politics.

Left Wing Politics is equally badly muddied with disparaging remarks, a lot of it valid, some of it not.

The Rule of Law should be regarded the same on both sides of the political aisle. Lose sight of that and the political cause espoused is meaningless.

Few realize how the rule of law works. The Common Law that both England, Commonwealth countries, and the USA use. It is inherently "left wing", in that it supports the little guy as much as the big guy. Scots Law is a minor variation. That is why it should not be screwed with.

I was on Jury duty a few months back and saw it all in action. Super impressed. Sometimes funny to watch as human nature is revealed. The case was a serious one, as they usually are. One fellow member of the jury was a retired police officer from an area of northern UK much in the news recently. He did not want to be picked for Jury duty but got selected anyway. One odd fact caught me by surprise. 15 members not 12 for a criminal trial in Scotland. 12 members for a civil trial.
