I think there are others. Those are just well known cases.
Every officer-involved shooting is investigated. A cop shoots a guy, that cop takes mandatory paid vacation while the shooting is investigated. The vast majority of these shootings turn out to be justified.

Hence almost all of the officer-involved shootings, justified or not, are known.

Of course, BLM and its allies claim that there are a ton of officer-involved shootings that happen off the books. They don't cite much evidence, but of course, lack of evidence is evidence of a cover-up.
