Bill, I still remember watching the first few seasons of The Apprentice. One of his fellow "board room" members was Carolyn Kepcher. She presented herself as smart, grounded, well-accomplished, and an invaluable member of Trump's inner circle. Which of course meant that Trump had to get rid of her and replace her with his daughter Ivanka. No other reason other than his fear that Kepcher might steal some of his spotlight. Tenchusatsu
