Peter Lynch doesn't agree with you at all re: insider selling. He says insiders have financial needs like the rest of us, and that a far more telling indicator is insider buying. Of course, there are exceptions (Corel and Bre-x) but YRI has MUCH better management than these dogs and has been absolutely straight with us from the beginning. I think this company is going places. FWIW. Regards.

To repeat:

"I'm not aware of any Insider Trading around here recently. I'm sure there are some employees with options that would like to get some cash to kick into the mortgage or car payments but I doubt that there has been much more than that, if any.... I have some (options and shares) in the money but I'm not moving. Nor is the rest of senior management. YRI remains what it was a year ago and six months ago -- about the last time I bought stock ($1.60 or $1.65) -- a medium and long-term play. We believe things are turning around but it is still up to the market to decide our fate."

IF anyone is selling... (that two-letter word at the beginning means what it says) it's a junior office employee. We're ALL hit by the salary cut we took and, for some, that means a cut closer to the bone than for others. The people I'm talking about are also NOT Insiders. The people here who KNOW what's going on in any detail -- the senior management, the board and the geologists -- believe that this has plenty of legs. Just because I'm not ranting about what a fantastic/unbelievable/one-in-a-lifetime opportunity this is, doesn't mean that I don't think it's got a good chance of making very serious money.

I hope this helps.

Greg
