Bob, just a thank you from a long term investor for your efforts in dealing with all of us impatient gpgiers. I think you have handled a very difficult situation very well (putting up with all of us) and know you will give us your very best.

Bob, you might be right, I was referring to Reg D section 506 (the regulation under which my own PP is carried out), in section 505 of Reg D some preregistration might be required but some of the investors (up to 35?) need not even be accredited. This is too complex for a simple farmer <VBG>.
