Very, very easy to figure out why the water dried up.

After all those properties burned their water pipes within those houses,businesses started leaking massive amounts of water.

Every burned up house and business!

Just look at the streets with flowing water in those neighborhoods that burned.

It's not rocket science.

The fire hydrants use the same source for water!
