Rick Caruso, the idiot real estate developer complaining about this, is a Board Member of the Water Commission that's in charge of making sure the local fire hydrant reservoirs are large enough to handle potential fires - and apparently they aren't adequate in the very neighborhood he lives in - that's how stupid Rick Caruso is. Can you believe he just ran for mayor and we rejected him? - He received few votes because you can tell he's a big-mouthed fake. You can't make this shit up. He also builds shopping centers without paying for enough street access - one of the stupidest and greediest men in Southern California. Fire Hydrants require much a much larger flow of water than buildings, so they're connected to both the city water supply and a local reservoir which he has said are too costly to enlarge. But when the fire department started using "too much water" because they were foolishly trying to pit out a fire, the local reservoir in his neighborhood ran dry, leaving the hydrants with just city-mains water pressure. So now this Water Commission Board Member he knows for sure it needs to be bigger. If we had sprayed more money on the fire department. Thank god this idiot saved money by not expanding the fire reservoir. But we can tell he's Republican. Why? Because he wants someone else to pay for it, because it would be too costly. LOL Boo Hooo Terminal stupidity coupled with "big mouth - foot in mouth disease" can't be cured. Not even when it strikes Idiot Brazilian Kenyans. LOL
