Michael,

Being a reformed gold bug I feel free to state that a good majority of that breed are ALWAYS predicting the end of the world and that I would be much wealthier than I am now if I had only done the opposite of what they had said. That being said I am still very leery of the region and Indonesia in particular. I will continue to hold my investments (mostly nonIndo.) as we are currently in an uptrend and watch for changes and disruptions.
Indications from the G7 meeting are that they do not want to blindly bail out Indonesia. I do not blame them. It is very difficult these days to dispose a dictator. So what should be done?
Going back to gold, these are the same sleaze that cut themselves in for 50% of Brex before it turned out to be a scam.
Yes, this will not recover until we see some reform from the area, IMHO. Is that forthcoming?
